My name is Dawn Sofich, and I am an "Associate Broker" with Dynamic Properties,and I am a member of the National Association of Realtors®. Whether you are looking for a house or property, or wanting I am a full service experienced REALTOR committed to professionalism and excellence. I have a (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute designation that requires a solid base of information in Real Estate. I am also a Accredeted Buyers Representative (ABR).
Why should you look for the ABR designation before looking for a home? These three letters after a REALTOR's name tell you that you will be working with a buyer representative who is committed to your best interests. The ABR designation is awarded by REBAC to those REALTORS who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide the high level quality service required by REBAC (Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council). I also am a member of the Certified Residential Specialists. I am continuously upgrading my education, so I can do the best job for you.
Not all licensees are Realtor’s®. A Realtor® is accountable for their actions, and adhere to a “Code of Ethic’s”. Being represented by someone looking out for your best interest is important. I look forward to meeting and working with you. I hope to not only meet your expectation, but to exceed them. I have been a resident of Alaska since 1993. I have been married now for 39 years, and have two grown children in their 30's living in Oregon, and one grandson. I like working in my flower garden; photography; hiking; biking; walking; snowshoeing; writing; cooking; eating; laughing; living; and I love my Alaskan McKenzie River Husky, Molley! And I can't forget my cat Pearl.
I not only enjoy what I do, I like meeting people, and helping them find the property or home that they are looking for.
Alaska is a wonderful place to live where dreams can and do come true. She truly is our last frontier. Depending where you live in Alaska, I don't know very many places where you can look out your door and see a bear, or moose; or wolf; fox; eagle (numerous other birds)... like I have here.
